球孢白僵菌HFW-05油悬剂对天敌昆虫的毒力测定 被引量:4

摘要 采用不同的生测方法测定了球孢白僵菌HFW-05油悬剂对四种捕食性天敌和一种寄生性天敌各虫态的毒力。结果表明:该油悬剂在常规用药浓度107孢子/mL时,对四种捕食性天敌卵的孵化基本无毒力,对各龄期幼虫的校正死亡率也均在17%以下,基本不会对种群数量造成较大影响,因此白僵菌油悬剂在常规用药剂量下和捕食性天敌是可以搭配使用的。相比之下,白僵菌油悬剂对寄生性天敌丽蚜小蜂的毒力却比较大。当油悬剂浓度达到5×106孢子/mL时,对丽蚜小蜂蛹羽化和成蜂存活的影响却非常大,蜂蛹羽化率降至零,成蜂校正死亡率累计达到53.6%,因此,白僵菌油悬剂在使用时需与寄生蜂的释放错开。 This paper adopts different measuring methods to determine the birth of Beauveria bassiana suspension agent on four oil the predatory natural enemy and a species of parasitoids each insect state virulence. Results show that:the oil of beauveria bassiana in conventional medicine concentration suspension agent, 107 spore/mL of four of the predatory natural enemy eggs hatch basic of various ages non-toxic force all the larvae in adjusted mortality risk,basic not under 17% population,thus causing greater influence of beauveria bassiana in conventional oil suspended agent dosage and the predatory natural enemy is can match use. In contrast,suspension of beauveria bassiana oil agent of parasitoids Ya little bee ritz-carlton virulence is relatively large. When oil suspended agent concentrations reach 5 × 106spores/mL, li Ya small bee pupa feather and into bees live influence is very big, bees pupa feather rate dropped to zero, adjusted mortality risk adult bees cumulative 53.6 Beauveria bassiana, so when in use oil suspended agent with the release of effect shall be staggered.
