The Research Progress of Fat Metabolism by Ruminal Microbes

摘要 饲料中的脂肪除了供能以外,其生理功能主要体现在多不饱和脂肪酸的营养方面。笔者就反刍动物饲料中脂肪组成,瘤胃内脂肪水解、不饱和脂肪酸在瘤胃内的微生物氢化和脂肪合成等方面的研究进展做一综述。 Fat is an important energy component in the diet of ruminants, its physiological function is mainly refleeted in polyunsaturated fatty acids in nutrition. This paper will begin with a brief overview of fat in ruminant feed composition, hydrolysis of dietary lipids, hydrogenation of unsaturated fatty acids in the rumen and lipids synthesis.
