摘要
采用问卷调查和个案分析相结合的方式来考察大学生心理危机事件的成因。QSA问卷调查结果表明年级越高,大学生对自杀越持肯定态度。被调查大学生对安乐死、自杀者和自杀者家属持肯定和中立态度。SCL-90结果显示大学生普遍存在抑郁情绪,个案分析也表明抑郁及不良家庭成长环境是导致心理危机事件的重要因素。对大学生心理危机进行干预,可通过帮助学生有效妥善处理学业和就业压力;努力营造良好家庭成长环境;积极开展生命教育;开展团体心理辅导和心理健康讲座;建立健全社会及校园服务网络等。
With questionnaire and a case study combined for the investigation on the causes of students' psychological crisis,the outcomes can be put as follows.First,the higher the students' grade is,the more inclined to accept the atitude of commit suicide.Secondly,students hold a positive or neutral attitude to euthanasia,suicide and suicide's family members and this is related with students' ever increasing employment pressure,disharmonious relationship or underestimation on the value of life.Next,SCL-90 manifests that gloomy emotion can be universally found among students.Finally,case studies reveal gloom and disharmonious family growth environment are important factors leading to psychological crisis.On the basis of these discoveries,the thesis proposes some intervention measures.
