摘要
对本室研制的用于光合作用研究的光声光谱仪的数据采集系统作了改进。采用计算机采样,提高了采样频率和锁相放大器的时间常数。实验应用了基于最小二乘法的数字滤波技术、多通道采样技术、变频率采样技术。列举的实例证明,改进了数据采集系统的光声光谱仪,在性能上有了很大的提高。
The data collection system of a home-made photoacoustic spectrometer for photosynthesis study was reformed. Sampling frequency and time constant of phase-locked ampliifier were increased by using microcomputer. Digital filtering technique based on least square method, multichannel sampling technique and frequency vdriation sampling technique were used expenmentally. The results show that the performance of the photoacoustic spectrometer has been improved considerably
