摘要
设计并制作了可容纳塑料离心管的新型荧光液池。该液池适用的样品体积变化范围宽（10－50μL），可用于大批量样品分析，对生物和临床样品的测定尤为合适。该液池用于凋亡细胞核酸样品的检测，取得了满意的结果。
A new cuvette which is able to contain plasticcentrifuge tube for fluorescence spectrophotometry is described. It has the merits of simplicity for use and wide range of samgle volume (10-500μL) and is suitabe for samples with large amount. The contamination can be avoided for biological and clinical samples by using the cuvette. It has been used for the detendnation of nucleic acid in dving cells satisfactorily
