Establishing a positive and effective mechanism for coping with the public opinion is an important guar antee for the universities to properly deal with emergencies.Colleges and universities should fully understand the types and characteristics of the emergencies,make use of the advantages of campus media,and establish a series of mechanisms including the detecting mechanism of the public opinion on campus,the information release system and the public opinion guidance system of emergencies and the psychological intervention mechanism for the key targets.
