工商管理专业是应用型学科,实践教学发挥着理论教学不可替代的特殊作用。以应用型人才为培养目标的高校要以适应企业对人才的需求为实践教学目标,构建多元化实践教学体系,提高实践教学的师资水平,加强实验室和实践教学基地的建设,强化实践教学的过程管理。

Business administration is an applied subject.Practice teaching plays an irreplaceable and especial role compared to theory teaching.In order to achieve the goal of training applied talents in colleges and universities,practice teaching should be consistent with business demand for talents and build a diversified practice teaching system.Colleges and universities should also improve teachers ＇ teaching quality and strengthen the construction of laboratory and practical teaching base,as well as teaching process management.
