试论徽商精神对大学生创业素质培养的思考

A Discussion on the Influence of the Spirit of Huizhou Merchants on the Cultivation of College Students' Entrepreneurship Quality

当代大学生就业创业素质培养仍处于探索阶段,本文从徽商精神入手,将其丰富的内涵与大学生就业创业素质培养相结合,重点从教学内容和教学方式进行创新探求,提出就业创业教育的几点思考。

The cultivation of the contemporary coUege students＇ quality in employment and entrepreneurship is still at the exploratory stage. This paper starts from the spirit of Huizhou Merchants, and then suggests the rich content of the spirit should be incorporated into the training of the students＇ employment and entrepreneurship, in which the focus should be the changes in teaching content and methods, finally, some ideas about the educa- tion of entrepreneurship and employment are put forward.
