摘要
“三层对接”是指“学校对接产业，专业对接行业企业，师生对接职业岗位”。本文提出要明确“三层对接”的内容，建立完善“三层对接”的保障机制与政策性文件，构建学校、教研室对接当地的旅游行政主管部门，教师对接旅游企业、岗位，学生对接旅游活动、项目、实习企业的平台，优化高职旅游专业人才培养的模式。
Three docking refers to ＂the school docking industries, professional docking industries and enterprises, and students docking professional positions.＂ In this paper to clear＂three-docking＂ content, establish and improve the ＂three-docking＂ of the security mechanism and policy documents, building schools, teaching and research butt of local tourism administrative departments, teachers, docking tourism enterprises, jobs, students docking tourism , projects, internship business travel platform to optimize the professional vocational training model.
