摘要
半导体激光光源超辐射二极管 ( SLD)的稳定性对光纤陀螺 ( FOG)的性能有重要影响 ,介绍了 SL D稳定性要求及驱动电路控制的原理 ,并分析了实现控制的几种方案。
The stability of semiconductor laser source,superluminescent diode(SLD),have vital effect on the performance of fiber optic gyro.In this paper,we introduce the stability requirement of SLD and the control principle of its driver circuit.Several schemas to accomplish the controlling are analysis here.It can also apply to other laser sources which need precise control.
