摘要
通过对浙江省内杭州、金华、丽水三市九个县区的36所幼儿园和当地教育行政部门相关工作人员以及其他相关部门工作人员的调查,我们了解到,浙江省的学前三年教育普及率已很高,但幼儿园以民办为主,教育质量总体不甚高,优质学前教育资源较稀缺。同时,不合格的幼儿园比率偏高,区域发展不很平衡,城乡差距较大,财政投入水平仍过低,民办学前教育成为质量提升的瓶颈。教师队伍素质亟待提高。
A survey was conducted in 36 kindergartens and among staff members of the education authority in 9 cities and town in Hangzhou, Jinhua and Lishui. It was found that three-year preschool education was highly popularized but private kindergarten was dominating, the general quality was poor and that high-quality education resource was scarce. Meanwhile, there existed high proportion of unqualified kindergartens, imbalance between areas, wide gap between urban and rural areas, etc. while financial investment into preschool education remained low, private preschools became the bottleneck and teachers' qualification needed to be uplifted.
