摘要 调查发现,幼儿喜欢的教师特征主要集中在性格、外貌、认知、交往和生活照顾五个维度。不同年龄段幼儿关注的焦点有所不同。小班幼儿喜欢的教师特征比较集中在外貌方面:中班幼儿的关注范围逐渐扩大;大班幼儿则较多关注教师的性格、外貌以及认知特征。随着年龄的增长,幼儿对教师外貌的关注度逐渐降低,而越来越重视教师性格、认知、交往等方面的特征。男孩、女孩喜欢的教师特征在总体上保持一致。但同一年龄段男孩、女孩的侧重点还是有所不同的。教师应努力提高自身专业化水平,从而成为受幼儿欢迎的教师。 Investigation revealed that features of children's favorable teachers are concentrated on five dimensions: personality, appearance, intellectual capability, interaction with children and care of children. Children of different ages have different concerns. 3-year-olds tend to favor teachers with favorable appearance, 4-year-olds extend their concerns wile 5-6-year-olds pay more attention to teachers' personality, appearance and intellectual capability. With the increasing of age, children's attention to teachers' appearance gradually decreases and they pay more attention to teachers' personality, intellectual capability and interaction. Generally boys and girls show consistency in teacher preference, while the focus slightly differs in the same age group. Therefore, teachers should improve themselves in these five dimensions so as to become popular with children
