摘要
目的:探讨对氧磷酯酶1(PON1)的活性及血管内皮功能在2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并代谢综合征(MS)发生、发展中的作用机制。方法:将T2DM患者129例根据有无合并MS分为T2DM合并MS组(MS组,70例)和T2DM不合并MS组(NMS组,59例),另设对照组38例。比较各组的一般情况、血脂、糖代谢等生化指标和PON1、SVCAM-1的差异。结果:①MS组的血清PON1水平明显低于NMS组(P<0.01),且两组PON1水平均低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。②MS组的血清SVCAM-1水平明显高于NMS组(P<0.05),且两组SVCAM-1水平均高于对照组(P均<0.01)。③相关分析显示,血清PON1与收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)显著正相关,与高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、SVCAM-1显著负相关。结论:PON1与血管内皮功能障碍可能参与了T2DM合并MS的发生与发展。
Objective: To investigate the role of serum Paraoxonase 1 (PON0 and the function of endotheliocytes in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicating metabolic syndrome. Methods: One hundred and twenty-nine patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups, T2DM with MS (MS group, n=70) and T2DM without MS (NMS group, n=59), the control group included 38 healthy subjects. General condition, lipid profiles, glycometabolism parameters, other serum biochemical parameters PONt and SVCAM-1 were detected and compared. Results: ①The PONI levels in T2DM patients with MS were significantly lower compared with patients without MS (P〈0.01), and the PONI levels in patients with T2DM were lower than those in the control group (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05) respectively. ②The SVCAM-1 levels in T2DM patients with MS were significantly higher compared with patients without MS(P〈0.05), and the SVCAM-I levels in patients with T2DM were higher than those in the control group(P〈0.O1) respectively. ③By variable correlations showed a positive correlations between the serum PONt level and, SBP, DBP, TG, TC and LDL-C. There was a negative correlations between the serum SVCAM-1 level and HDL-C. Conclusion: The serum PON1 and endothelial dysfunction may play an important role in T2DM complicating MS.
