不明原因消化道出血的诊断进展

Advances in diagnosis of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding

不明原因消化道出血临床并不少见,占消化道出血的3%～5%,明确诊断比较困难,目前仍然是消化系统疾病中研究的热点及难点。但近年来,随着内镜及放射学科的发展,使不明原因消化道出血诊治水平得以提高。本文对该病目前的认识、诊断、治疗以及所面临的问题进行了综述和讨论。

The obscure gastrointestinal bleeding is a clinical frequent disease, accounting for 3%-5% of gastrointestinal hemorrhage, it is difficult to diagnose definitely and also it is a difficulty and hot spot of digestive disease study. In recent years, the diagnosis and treatment of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding is developing rapidly because of the endoscopy and radiological technology. In the review, the diagnosis, treatment and other facing problems of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding were summarized and discussed.
