非洛地平缓释片治疗高血压患者500例疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Felodipine extended-release tablets in the treatment of 500 caseswith hypertension

目的:探讨非洛地平缓释片治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法:选择本院2008年3月～2011年3月500例高血压患者,500例患者在参与该研究前先进行一个为期2周的观察期,在观察期间所有患者停用降压药,只服用复方丹参片作为安慰剂,3片/次,3次/d,然后采用口服非洛地平缓释片5mg,每天早餐后服用,2周后根据患者血压情况调整用药,改为2.5～5.0mg顿服。治疗期间不使用任何钙离子拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和β受体阻滞剂。以4周为1个疗程。结果:1个疗程后500例患者中355例显效,126例有效,19例无效,总有效率为96.2%。治疗过程中5例患者脚踝水肿,7例脸部潮红,所有患者肝肾功能均无明显变化。结论:非洛地平缓释片治疗高血压疗效明显,副作用小,临床上建议进一步使用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of felodipine extended-release tablets in hypertension. Methods： Five hundred cases from March 2008 to March 2011 were selected, before treatment all patients were disabled for the anti-hypertensive drugs for 2 weeks, and were given placebo （Danshen tablets）, each 3 tablets, 3 times a day, then used oral felodipine extended release tablets 5 rag, taken daily after breakfast for 2 weeks, and then adjusted the medication plan according to blood pressure. Results： Five hundred patients after a course, 355 cases were markedly effective, 126 cases were effective, 19 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.2%. Five patients during treatment were ankle edema, 7 cases werefacial flushing, liver and kidney function in all patients had no significant changes. Conclusion： It is valuable about felodipine extended-release tablets in hypertension, the advantage of definite effect, and rapid recovery, it is worthy of further promotion in clinical.
