肢体皮肤缺损植皮术后行负压引流的护理体会

Nursing experience of free dermatoplasty combined with vacuum sealing drainage for orthopaedic wound

目的:探讨封闭式负压引流加游离植皮术治疗四肢皮肤缺损的护理和体会。方法:总结分析观察组22例患者经封闭式负压引流加游离植皮治疗术后的护理经验。结果:本组患者创面愈合平整,色泽正常,肢体功能恢复良好,成活率为100%。结论:护士对封闭式负压引流加游离植皮治疗的患者应加强心理护理,掌握观察内容和排除故障方法,提供健康宣教是确保护理安全的有效措施。

Objective： To study nursing experience of free dermatoplasty combined with vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） for defect of skin on limb. Methods： Twenty two patients with defect of skin on limb, enrolled in the experimental group, were treated with free dermatoplasty combined with vacuum sealing drainage （VSD）. At the same time, analyzed nursing experience of the treatment. Results： We found that in the experimental group, the wounds recovered with smooth appearance, color normal, high survival rate and early rehabilitation of the limb, the survival rate was 100%. Conclusion： It＇s conclude in the article that skilled nursing and properly guiding for patients with free dermatoplasty combined with vacuum sealing drainage, could promote recovery of wounds and early rehabilitation of the limb.
