护理干预对胃十二指肠溃疡出血患者的影响

The influence of the nursing intervention in acute gastroduodenal ulcer patients

目的:探讨胃十二指肠溃疡出血的护理干预效果。方法:将本科70例胃十二指肠溃疡出血患者随机分为观察组与对照组各35例,观察组行护理干预,对照组行常规护理,观察两组患者的住院时间、溃疡愈合情况。结果:观察组患者住院时间为(5.0±1.5)d,与对照组相比明显缩短,1年内溃疡愈合情况,观察组27例,对照组10例,两组各指标比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预有助于改善胃十二指肠溃疡出血患者的预后。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of the nursing intervention in acute gastroduodenal ulcer patients. Methods： Seventy cases of acute gastroduodenal ulcer patients from our department were randomly divided into two groups, each had 35 cases, the observation group was given nursing intervented and the control group was given usual care, hospitalization time and the incidence of healing were observed. Results： The hospital stays in observation group was （5.0＋1.5） d, compared with the control group, the observation group discharged was earlier, the ulcer healed in observation group were 27 cases in one year, and the control group were 10 cases, difference was significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention can help improve the prognosis of patients with acute gastroduodenal ulcer.
