摘要
目的:了解老年人心理健康的状况,分析产生心理健康障碍的原因,为老年人的健康教育提供依据,更好地为老年人提供服务。方法:使用症状自评表(SCL-90)对120名老年人进行调查和分析。结果:不同年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况的老年人的心理需求及健康状况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高龄、无配偶、文化水平低的老年人的心理需求及健康水平均较低,需引起社会的关注。
Objective： To understand the old psychological health status, analyze the causes of elder psychological health obstacles, in order to provide the basis for old people health education, to provide better services for the elderly. Methods：One hundred and twenty elders were surveyed and analyzed using SCL-90. Results： The psychological needs and health of different ages, standard of culture, marital status of elder were different, there was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Psychological needs and health of older, mateless, low culture level old people is low, need to cause social concern.
