摘要
目的:了解跟骨骨折切开复位内固定的治疗效果。方法:采用描述性方法,分析切开复位内固定治疗跟骨骨折52例(56足)临床资料。结果:随访6～24个月,44例(84.6%)愈合优良,3例(5.8%)切口交角处皮瓣缘皮肤坏死,2例(3.8%)切口内血肿形成,3例(5.8%)发生深部感染;AOFAS踝足功能评分为优18足,良23足,可11足,差4足,优良率为73%。结论:跟骨骨折通过切开复位内固定手术治疗及早期功能锻炼能达到满意的临床疗效。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of the surgical treatment of calcaneal fractures with internal plate fixation. Methods： To analyze clinical data of 52 cases of bone fractures patients treated with internal fixation retrospectively. Results： 52 cases were followed up for 6to 24 months. 44 cases （84.6%）were cured excellent, 3 cases （5.8%） had wound necrosis, 2 cases（3.8%） had hematoma formation and 3 cases（5.8%） had deep infection. According to AOFAS ankle score system, the results were excellent in 18 cases, good in 23 cases, fair in 11 cases and poor in 4 cases. The excellent and good rate was 73%. Conclusion： The treatment of calcaneal fractures with internal plate fixation and postoperative rehabilitation exercise can obtain good effect.
