重睑术后并发症的临床分析

Clinical analysis of complications after the double eyelid operation

目的:提出引起重睑术后各种并发症的原因及其治疗,总结其治疗效果及预防措施。方法:将本组25例重睑术后导致各种并发症的临床表现进行了分类,根据其形成特点,采用抽除缝线,眶隔部眼轮匝肌下移,自体脂肪组织游离移植和缩短上睑提肌的方法治疗。结果:10年中对25例重睑术后并发症治疗均获得满意的疗效。结论:此方法简单易行,效果好。

Objective： To discuss the reasons and treatments of various complications after the double eyelid operation, to summarize the treatment effect and prevention measures. Methods： Twenty five cases of clinical manifestations were classified, who had various complications after the double eyelids operation, they were given the treatment of the extraction of sutures, moving down of orbital orbicularis ocuti, grafts of autologous fat and shortening of levator palpebrae superioris muscle according to its formation. Results： Twenty five cases with complication after double eyelid operation all had satisfactory curative effects in 10 years of treatment. Conclusion： This method is simple, and has a good effect.
