开展老年人社区护理的探讨

Investigation of community nursing for the old people

目的:探讨老年人及家庭对社区护理的需求程度及社区护理对老年人所起的作用。方法:选取142例老年人进行了社区护理,通过问卷、家访进行调查。结果:老年人及家属对社区护理的需求程度高达94.2%。通过社区护理与未经过社区护理者比较,疾病的减轻、好转程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:说明社区护理的必要性。老年人及家属也迫切要求这样的服务。这样既解决了住院困难的问题,同时也减轻了社会、家庭和老年人的负担,亦对医疗、护理体制改革起着积极推动作用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of community care on the old people and their families. Methods： One hundred and forty-two patients had been enrolled and given community care, then investigated through questionnaires, home visits. Results： Old people and family members of the demand for community nursing degree was as high as 94.2%. Through the community nursing and without community care recipients compared, disease redus, better degree was statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Community care is necessary for the old people and their families. This service can not only solve the problem that people are hard to be in hospital but also ease the burden of society, families and old people. This service plays an active role in medical care and nursing system reform.
