护理人员及记忆环抱接骨器塑形方法对内固定肋骨骨折手术的影响分析

Effects of nursing staff and softening method on internal fixation of fractured ribs using swan-like memory compressive connector

目的:探讨护理人员及记忆金属环抱器塑形方法对肋骨骨折内固定手术的影响。方法:对2007年9月～2011年8月120例肋骨骨折内固定手术的护理人员、记忆环抱接骨器的塑形方法、手术完成时间及手术效果进行统计分析。结果:正常护理组(手术护理人员为主管以上护师,器械护士为掌握胸外手术操作流程的护士)的手术并发症发生率及手术时间分别为5.3%和92.4min,而随机护理组(手术护理人员及器械护士为临时、随机抽调的当班护士)手术并发症发生率及手术时间分别为27.3%和136.1min。用无菌盐水冰块与冰盐水混合物浸泡塑形及用冰盐水浸泡塑形记忆环抱接骨器的手术并发症发生率分别为14.0%及12.7%。结论:护理人员对记忆环抱接骨器内固定肋骨骨折手术的效果及质量具有重要影响,而无菌冰盐水浸泡塑法及无菌盐水冰块与无菌盐水混合物浸泡塑形法对记忆环抱接骨器内固定肋骨骨折手术效果没有显著影响;提高护理人员的素质可以显著降低手术并发症发生率及缩短手术时间。

Objective： To investigate the effects of nursing staff and softening method on internal fixation of fractured ribs using swan-like memory compressive connector. Methods： In September 2007 to August 2011 in 120 cases of fractured ribs of fixed surgery nursing staff, surrounded by the styling fractures memory method, the surgery surgical effect and time and statistical analyzed. Results： Normal nursing group （senior nurses were arranged to do operating nursing, and nurses who was familiar to chest surgeon operation were arranged to manage equipment） had surgical complications rate of 5.3% and operating time of 92.4 rain, while the random nursing group （the nurses on duty were randomly arranged to do operating nursing and manage equipment） showed surgical complications rate of 27.3% and operating time of 136.1 min. Softening the swan-like memory compressive connector by ice water and the mixture of ice and ice water showed surgical compli- cations rate of 14.0% and 12.7%, respectively. Conclusion： Nursing staff has significant effect on internal fixation of fractured ribs using ,swan-like memory compressive connector, while softening method hasn＇t significant effects; Improve the quality of nursing staff, can redace the surgical complications and shorter operating time.
