96例小儿纤维支气管镜检查围术期护理

Pediatric fiberoptic bronchoscopy perioperative care in 96 cases

目的:总结96例小儿纤维支气管镜检查围术期的护理。方法:回顾性分析总结96例纤维支气管镜检查患儿的心理护理、术前准备、术后处理和健康教育。结果:96例患儿纤维支气管镜检查均获得成功,术后有94例患儿出现面色潮红,81例患儿出现发热,1例患儿出现轻度喉头水肿,后经处理均得到缓解。结论:细致全面的术前护理是检查成功的重要保障;术后密切观察病情、预防并发症是保障患儿生命安全的关键。

Objective： To summarise the experience of the perioperative respiratory problems in 96 children examined by fibero-bronchoscope. Methods： To analysis and sum up the nursing measures of 96 cases with bronchoscope therapy, such as psychological care, preparation before operation, observation of disease after operation and health education. Results： The result of bronchoscope examination showed that all of 96 children had successful operations. After the operation, 94 children had flushing of face, 81 children were in fever, and 1 child was in laryngeal edema. These symptoms were all eased by post-treatment. Conclusion： A comprehensive and detailed preoperative care is an important guarantee. Close observation and prevention of the complications are the keys to protect children＇s life-safety.
