HACCP认证法用于化疗药物配置的职业防护安全管理

The usage of hazard analysis critical control point(HACCP) in occupational protection and safety control of chemotherapeutics compounding

研究表明多数抗癌药为细胞毒制剂,具有毒性、致畸性、致突变性和致癌性等特点。目前国内有越来越多的医院意识到此危害并已着手建立了静脉药物配置中心,配有生物安全柜,实行了化疗药物的集中配置与管理。本院运用HACCP认证法(即危害分析与关键控制点),将预防性的理念应用于化疗药物职业防护中,从环节关键点上控制化疗药物的安全配置。根据化疗药物使用要求,提前分析危害,找出问题控制的关键点,确定安全的监控方法,进行预防干预。本文就如何运用HACCP认证法(即危害分析与关键控制点),将预防性的理念应用于化疗药物职业防护预防等方面进行探讨。

Research shows that most of cytotoxic agents for cancer drug, they have the characteristic such as toxic, teratogenic sex and the axonal degeneration and carcinogenicity. At present there are more and more hospitals recognizing the harm and setting up a file to establish the pivas in our country, equipped with biological safety cabinet, have implemented the chemotherapy drug concentration allocation and management. Our hospital use hazard analysis critical control point （HACCP） attestation method （namely the hazard analysis and critical control point）, pay preventive concept for chemotherapy drugs in occupational protection, the key point control the link from chemotherapy drugs with safety. According to the chemotherapy drug use requirement, analysis the hazard early, find out the problems of the control key points, determine the safety monitoring method to prevent intervention. This paper will be discussed how to use HACCP attestation method （namely the hazard analysis and critical control point）, discuss preventive concept for the chemotherapy drug prevention of occupational protection discussed in this paper.
