耳内镜下鼓膜置管术诊疗体会

Diagnosis and treatment experience of the tympanostomy tube insertion technique by otoendoscopy

目的:讨论硬性耳内镜下鼓膜置管灌洗引流分泌性中耳炎的效果。方法:对54例分泌性中耳炎患者在耳内镜直视下鼓膜切开置管灌洗方法治疗。结果:耳内镜下鼓膜置管术术程顺利,手术可直视下精确操作,无术后并发症。结论:2.7mm硬性耳内镜下鼓膜切开置管术具有视野清晰、操作方便、经济适用等特点,值得推广。

Objective： To discuss the effect of tympanostomy tube insertion technique by otoendoscopy in treating secretory otitis media. Methods： Fiftyfour cases of secretory otitis media patients were treated by tympanostomy tube insertion technique under otoendoscopy. Results： The progress of tympanostomy tube insertion technique by otoendoscopy was successful; this operation surgery could accurately and straightly look, without any postoperative complications. Conclusion： 2.7 mm rigid ear endosscopic surgery for an open pipe has a clear field, the method has convenient operation, economy applicable, and it is worth to be popularized.
