双侧侧脑室外引流并尿激酶灌洗治疗脑室出血29例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 29 cases bilateral lateral ventricle drainage and urokinase irrigation treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage

目的:探讨脑室出血的治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析2007年1月～2010年12月29例脑室出血患者的临床资料。29例患者均于入院后予以双侧侧脑室外引流并尿激酶灌洗。结果:29例患者中,21例存活,其中自理以上10例,卧床7例,植物生存4例,死亡8例。结论:对于脑室出血的患者,行双侧侧脑室外引流并尿激酶灌洗手术操作简单,患者耐受及治疗效果良好。

Objectives： To investigate the treatment method of intraventricular hemorrhage. Methods： Twenty nine cases of clinical data of patients with intraventricular hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively from January 2007 to December 2010 in our hospital. Twenty nine patients were admitted to bilateral lateral ventricle drainage and urokinase irrigation treatment after be in hospital. Results： Twentyone patients survived in 29 cases which including 10 cases of self-care and 7 cases of bed and 4 cases of plants survival, while 8 cases of death. Conclusion： For patients with intraventricular hemorrhage, bilateral lateral ventricle drainage and urokinase irrigation is a kind of simple operation which can obtain good patient tolerance and therapeutic effect.
