Management Planning and Construction of Urban Road Network

道路网络是城市网络物化的重要形态之一，也是维持城市机能正常运转最重要的网络，城市路网管理规划与建设是城市可持续性发展的前提和基础，没有好的城市道路网络体系，就不可能有通畅的城市道路交通．分析了城市道路交通管理规划的现状和问题，提出了城市路网建设的新体系和解决城市路网建设的对策．

Road network is one of the important forms of urban network materialization and one of the most important networks which maintain the normal operation of the city facilities. Management planning and construction of urban road network is the prerequisite and basis for its sustainable development. Without a good urban road network system, there cannot be smooth urban road traffic. The current situation and problems are analyzed. New urban road network system and measures of solving the problems in the urban road network construction are proposed.
