摘要
由于四轮定位夹具厂家过于追求成本,开发出的新产品具有刚度差,强度不合格等缺陷,直接影响到测量的精度。结合现代CAE技术对原来的设计进行优化,在少增加材料的基础上来提高刚度强度,并且在不浪费原始模具的前提下对四轮定位夹具进行结构优化,通过对比优化前和优化后有限元分析,刚度强度明显提高.
Manufacturers of four wheel positioning fixture are ager to make profits, their new products have the defects of poor stiffness and unqualified strength, having directly affected the measuring accuracy. Based on the modern CAE technique, the original design is optimized, the stiffness is enhanced by adding fewer materials, besides, on the prerequisite of not wasting the original moulds, the structural optimization is realized. Comparison of optimization made before and after shows that both the stiffness and strength are greatly improved.
