PDM Coding Model and Its Application

信息编码在PDM系统中具有举足轻重的作用。在对企业中信息进行分析的基础上,综合物流和信息流的特点,将企业中的信息分为物化信息和非物化信息两大类。根据“一物一码”的原则,提出一种按照主体信息、说明信息、二级信息库层次展开的编码模型,兼顾不同的企业以及同一企业内各个部门的不同需求,使编码模型不仅适用于PDM系统,还能够满足企业信息化工程的要求。经企业使用后证明,该模型具有通用性。

The paper points out that the information coding is very important in PDM system. Based on analyzing information in enterprises, combined with material and information stream, it classifies information as material and non-material information. It describes a coding model spread under essence date, comment information and two-grade information base due to 'One material One code '. After taking different enterprises and different departments in a enterprise, it makes coding model adapt not only to PDM system, but to needs of information engineer in a enterprise.
