摘要
心理健康是现代健康观的重要组成部分，也是二十一世纪健康教育的主题。在全面推进素质教育的过程中，加强大学生心理健康教育已成为体育教育改革的重要任务。分析了大学生心理健康的现状，论述了高校体育对大学生心理健康的作用。
Psychological health is a vital part of health, as well as the theme of 21st century health education. In the process of promoting quality education, strengthening university students＂ psychological health has become an important task of physical education reform. This essay analyzed the current situation of university students＇psychological health and discussed the effect of college physical education on university students＂ psychological health.
