摘要
通过对新疆高技能工人短缺现状的阐述,对短缺的成因进行分析,提出完善技能人才培养体制、加大职业教育投入以及企业培训力度,形成科学的技能人才评价和激励机制等来缓解技能人才短缺的措施。
The paper analyzes the causes of shortage of highly skilled workers in Xinjiang enterprises at present and proposes that talent euhivation system should be perfected, investment on vocational education and enterprise training should be increased, and scientific evaluation and incentive mechanism should be established to alleviate the current situation.
