摘要
目的研究不同调拌工具对两种玻璃离子水门汀材料抗压强度的影响。方法在相同条件下,分别采用传统调拌纸板和自制模具对松风公司的两种玻璃离子水门汀进行调拌,待其凝固后进行抗压强度测试。结果含有"丹宁氟化物"的新型玻璃离子水门汀的抗压强度无论采用哪种调拌工具均显著大于传统型玻璃离子水门汀。两种调拌工具对玻璃离子水门汀的抗压强度之间没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论自制的调拌工具可提高调拌玻璃离子水门汀材料的便利性,但不会降低材料的抗压强度。
Objective To study the influence of the mixed model on the compressive strength of the glass ionomer cement.Methods One skilled nurse mixed the glass ionomer cement with both orthodox model and new model in the same conditions.The mixed glass ionomer was packed into the standard model.Compressive strength was tested after the mixed glass ionomer cement was solidified.Results The compressive strength of the new glass ionomer cement(HY-bond CX) was higher than that of the orthodox glass ionomer cement(HOFFMAN' S CEMENT) regardless of the mixed model.There was no statistical difference between the two mixed models.Conclusions The new mixed model improves convenience of mixed materials and retains the the compressive strength of the glass ionomer cement.
