18例外伤离体牙再植术的疗效观察

Clinical evaluation of 18 cases of dislocation of teeth with tooth replantation

目的评价外伤离体牙再植术的临床效果。方法根据离体牙的离体时间及患者的年龄,将18例24颗离体牙分为两组,1组:12颗,年龄为12～22岁,牙离体时间为2h以内。Ⅱ组:12颗,年龄为22～50岁,牙离体时间为2h以上。对两组患牙行再植,观察并分析临床效果。结果 1组12颗牙,5年的治疗成功率为100%,Ⅱ组12颗牙,5年的治疗成功率91.67%,失败率8.33%。结论离体再植牙是一种操作方便,成功率高的治疗方法。

Objective To assess the clinical effect of dislocations of teeth with tooth replantation.Methods On the basis of clinical manifestation and examination,18 cases of dislocations of teeth were divided equally into two groups. For Group I,twelve ca.ses,aged from twelve to twenty-two,dislocation time was within two hours.For GroupⅡ,twelve cases, aged from twenty-two to fifty,dislocation time was more than two hours.All dislocations of teeth with dental replantation were observed.Results The pulp survival rate for GroupⅠwas 100%and that of GroupⅡwas 91.67%.Conclusions The effect of therapy on dental replantation was very good.
