摘要
公平有效评价新产品研发团队绩效,合理奖励新产品研发团队是人力资源管理中亟待解决的问题。提出基于偏好聚类的群体层次分析法的评价方法,并以中盐株化为例,构建企业研发项目成果评估体系,包括战略性研发项目验收评估体系和新产品研发后评估体系。
NPD teams now become more and more important.How to fairly and effectively appraise their performance,how to reasonably award this team are important problems for human resource management.This paper puts forward an evaluation method of group analytic hierarchy process,to ZhongYanZhuHua co.as an example,designed concretely RD results evaluation systems,including strategic Rd project assessment acceptance system and new products performance evaluation systems.
