摘要
本文将一凸轮连杆机构系统分成三个子系统研究,根据不同情况分别建立起了子系统的有限元模型或集中参数模型。在此基础上,得到了包含电动机速度的波动、凸轮轴的扭转及横向弯曲振动、从动滚子与凸轮曲面间的接触变形振动、连杆机构的弹性振动等诸因素的整个系统的弹性动力学模型。
This paper carried out the study on a cam-linkane mechanism system by dividing it into three sub-systems and built up the finite element model or centralized parameter model of these sub-systems respectively according to different conditions. Based upon this, the elasto-dynamic model of the whole system is obtained. This model contains the following factors such as the fluctuation of motor speed, the torsion vibration and crosswise bending vibration of cam shaft, the contacting deformation vibration between roller follower and contour surface of cam and the elastic vibration of bar linkage etc,.
