摘要
目的检测并验证闪光刺激对大鼠初级视皮层(V1区)脑电波的影响及可能机制。方法 10只成年SD大鼠在左侧(右)慢性植入电极,予术后第5、7、9天分别给予白、红、绿色闪光刺激并同时记录V1区皮层脑电波。利用免疫组织化学鉴定大鼠视网膜感光蛋白Rhod-opsin和S-opsin,以及大鼠V1区感光蛋白S-opsin。结果于术后第7、9天给予大鼠白、绿色闪光刺激,V1区脑电波的幅值和面积与刺激前相比有显著性增加(P<0.01),而术后第5天,V1区脑电波在闪光刺激前后无明显变化。红色闪光刺激对V1区脑电波无明显影响(P>0.01)。免疫组织化学鉴定显示大鼠视网膜感光蛋白Rhod-opsin和S-opsin均表达阳性,V1区感光蛋白S-opsin表达阳性。结论白、绿色闪光刺激能增强大鼠初级视皮层的电活动,并呈现出强直后增强现象。
[Objective] To test the effect and verify the possible mechanism of flashing stimulation on the EEG in the primary visual cortex (V1 region) of rats. [Methods] Ten adult SD rats were implanted the electrodes in the left (fight) V1 region and EEG from the rat area V1 were recorded with the flashing stimu- lus of white, red and green colors at the 5th, 7th, 9th day after operation. The Rhod-opsin and S-opsin pro- teins in photoreceptor of rats were identified by immunohistoehemistry, and including the S-opsin in V1 re- gion. [Results] The amplitudes and areas of EEG in the V1 region were Significantly increased by the white and green flashing stimulus compared with the flashing stimulation before at the day 7th and day 9th after operation (P〈0.01), wherase no more difference before and after colorful stimulus at the 5th day after opera- don. There is no significant effect with the red flashing stimulation on the local field potentials in the area V1 of the rats. [Conclusion] The flashing stimulation of the white and green colors attentitued the neural activity of the rat primary visual cortex, and there was a trend of posttetanie potentiationthe in the effects.
