20例正颌患者人格特征及健康质量分析

Study of orthodontics patients' personality characteristics and health-related quality of life

目的通过对比正颌患者与普通人群的人格特征差异以及患者治疗过程中健康相关生命质量指数变化,为正颌手术中的医疗纠纷提供心理评估参照。方法采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)和卡特尔个性因素测验(16PF)评定20例正颌手术患者及40例对照者的人格特征,以及采用健康相关生命质量问卷(HRQL)对患者进行调查。结果 EPQ分析显示正颌患者组属于高精神质人格(P<0.05);16PF分析显示患者组怀疑性因子得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);并且正颌治疗后患者HRQL改善明显。结论正颌手术患者人格特征多为敏感猜疑、具有精神质、不友好的人格倾向,但正颌治疗能明显改善患者的健康质量水平。建议实施正颌外科手术前应对患者进行适当的心理评估。

[Objective ] To investigate the difference of personality characteristics between orthodontics patients and general crowd and the health-related quality of life in orthognathic treatment, to provide psychological measurement methods for more surgical orthodontics dispute. [Methods] 20 orthodontics patients and 40 general crowd were examined with EPQ and 16PF, and 20 patients were assessed by HRQL. [Results] Among psychoticism （P） scale of EPQ items, there was significant different between patients and control （P 〈 0.05）. Among 16PF items, factor score of vigilance （L） of patient selection was significantly higher than it of control selection （P 〈0.05）. The HRQL was elevated after orthognathic treatment. [Conclusion] Personality profiles of orthodontics patients have their own characteristics： vigilance, psychoticism. Orthognathic surgery significantly improved the health-related quality of life in orthodontic patients. This study suggested that surgeons must adopt proper psychological measurement in the future surgical orthodontics.
