硬质PVC-U型材配方及制备工艺专利技术的工业化应用 被引量:2

摘要 应用聚氯乙烯(PVC)的共混增韧机理,选用复合的多功能助剂,用挤出成型的方法生产硬质PVC-U型材,按照GB/T 8814—2004标准对硬质PVC-U型材的物理和化学性能进行了测试,优选出硬质PVC-U型材生产配方及其制备工艺。结果表明,新配方生产的产品在表面光亮度、焊角强度、耐低温、抗老化性能方面得到显著提高,在不增加单位质量的前提下型材壁厚的增加有了较大突破。使产量提高30%左右,简化了操作,降低了成本。 The mechanism of PVC blending toughening was applied. The method of extrusion of rigid PVC-U profiles and complex muhifunctional additive were used. The physical and chemical properties were tested according to GB/T 8814-2004. So the optimal new formula of rigid PVC-U profiles and the corresponding technical process are obtained. The results show that the surface brightness, welding corner strength, low temperature resistance and aging resistance of the profiles produced by the new formula are significantly improved. The profiles thickness is increased but unit mass is not increased. The yield is increased by 30 %, thus the operations are simplified and the costs are reduced.
