摘要 用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对T38F聚丙烯薄膜专用树脂热性能进行了研究,对T38F聚丙烯薄膜专用树脂的熔融结晶行为、非等温结晶特性、热分级及氧化诱导期进行分析,并与目前市场上加工性能较好的T38F聚丙烯薄膜专用树脂进行了对比分析。结果表明:各试样的熔融温度相近,试样3的结晶温度较另2个试样的提高大约3℃。试样3的连续自成核热分级(SSA)熔融曲线较另2个试样有明显的差异。试样1的氧化诱导期比试样2和3的长且测定的重复性明显较好,说明试样2和3的抗氧剂分布不均匀。 Thermal properties of PP ( brand T38F, feedstock for film) were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Melting-cyrstallizing behaviors, non-isother mal features, thermal fractionation, and oxidative induction time (OIT) of PP were analyzed. The data of PP was compared with those of commercial products with good processing properties. The results show that melting temperature of all samples is similar. Crystallization temperature of sample 3 is about 3 ℃ higher than that of sample 1 and sample 2, and the successive self-nucleation and annealing(SSA)melting curve of sample 3 differs greatly from that of the other two samples. Sample 1 exhibites a longer OIT and a remarkably better repeatability than sample 1 and sample 2, from which an uneven distribution of antioxidants in sample 2 and sample 3 matrix is testified.
