University Students' Cultural Quality Education in the New Era and Its Practical Orientation

摘要 在新的历史时期推进大学生文化素质教育应强化其实践导向,努力将文化素质教育融入大学生的学习和生活实践,引领大学生更早更好地投身到社会实践和文化建设,并应当从这样的高度进一步明确文化素质教育的功能定位,构建文化素质教育的目标体系,探讨文化素质教育的有效途径,确立新时期文化素质教育的价值取向。坚持全员育人与全员自育相结合、素质教育与专业教育相结合、教练式的教与学生自主性的练相结合、规范式教育与个性化学习相结合是深化大学生文化素质教育的必然选择。 In the new era, to promote university students" cultural quality education, we should enforce the practical orientation, which means that we should integrate cultural quality education with the lived practice of university students" learning; introduce the students to devote themselves into the construction of social practice and culture earlier and better, and make clear the orientation of the function of cultural quality education, construct the objective system of culture quality education, explore the effective method of culture quality education, and establish the value orientation of culture quality education in the new era. It is an inevitable choice for the in-depth promotion of university studentsj culture quality education to integrate all-staff education with all-student self education, quality-oriented education with specialty education, coach-type teaching with autonomy of students" practice, standard type education with pers(malized learning.
