我国师范生教育实习改革的路径思考

师范生教育实习的质量是影响师范生教学水平的重要因素。随着我国高等教育扩招以及对教师素质的新要求,师范生教育实习面临实习基地数量不足、指导力量薄弱,教学实习资源缺乏、针对性不强,实习质量管理手段落后、过程控制不够等问题。改革师范生教育实习在变革方向上应促进实习资源、实习过程和实习管理的一体化,在变革举措上应构建"师范生教育实习平台",从而实现实习资源的丰富与更新,使实习模式突破时空限制,实现实习管理过程的规范化和自动化。
