摘要
本文讨论了系统的最优维修策略问题 ,考虑到题目中所涉及的变量大多为随机变量 ,我们建立了单目标的期望值模型 .并利用计算机采用穷举搜索法求解得第一种情况最优解为每生产 1 8个零件检查 1次 ,当检查到 2 0次时更换刀具 ,这时生产单个零件的最低平均费用为 4 .62元 .最后 ,我们指出了模型中一些未考虑的因素 ,分析了这些因素可能对模型产生的影响 ,并提出了模型的改进方案 .
Optimal maintenance policy problem in a system is discussed and analysed in this paper. Due to the random variable concerned,one objective mathematical model of expectation value is developed.By using enumerative search method,we obtain optimal policy.The process is checked once every producing1 8parts.When the process is checked2 0 times,the knife has to be changed. According to this policy,the average minimal cost for producing a part is 4.62 . Finally,we pointoutsome factors notto be considered in the model,and analyse the influ- ence of these factors. Moveover,some modification is proposed.
