摘要
加拿大高等教育比较发达,这与加拿大高等教育的管理特点息息相关,即以政府投入为主导,倡导高校自主办学;以社会需求为导向,在产学合作中培养创新人才;坚持以研究为基础,科教结合的协同创新。对这些特点进行解读,可以启示教育管理工作者以更宽阔的视野来思考建设世界一流农业大学的工作。
The advanced Canadian tertiary education is closely related to its management with special characteristics: the leading role of governmental input combined with autonomous administration of universities,the social demand-oriented nurturing of innovative talents in the collaboration of teaching and productions and the coordinated innovation of scientific research and teaching.The interpretation of the above three characteristics with their implications will help us better ponder how to develop the management of the world's first-rate agricultural universities.
