摘要
团队与群体有着本质的区别。以团队与群体的区别为研究视角,可以发现高校教学团队建设中面临着缺乏共同目标、成员之间协作不够紧密、专业及技能互补性较差和团队式绩效考核机制尚未形成等多重困难,针对这些困难可以采取明确团队成员共同目标,加强团队成员合作,促进团队成员专业及技能互补,制定以团队为对象的考核机制等策略,构建高质量教学团队。
Based on the team and group distinction, this research analyzed the multiple difficulties which the teaching team construction faced in tertiary institutions, especially the lack of common goal, cooperation between members, complementarity in disciplines and skills and a team-based performance evaluation mechanism and so on. To overcome these difficulties some counter-measures were put forward for the construction of high quality teaching team.
