有效预防腐败现象一直是我们党和国家反腐倡廉工作的重要内容,也是在深入推进惩治和预防腐败体系建设中不断探索和研究的重大课题。因此,认识腐败的本质,从制度建设入手,加强防治腐败问题的研究具有十分重要的意义。

Effective prevention from corruption is constantly important in anti-corruption and promotion of clean government and also a great subject in constant study in deep promotion of punishment and construction of prevention from corruption system.Therefore,it is of great importance to understand nature of corruption and to strengthen anti –corruption in terms of system construction.
