E-file management has been developed for several decades in main West developed countries,its technical form status,application range and management method have been day by day ripe,perfect and featured centralization,standardization and internationalization,it plays greater and greater functions in national politics,economy and social management.The development process and status in E-file management abroad are very important for our petrochemical enterprises that are in information construction and application.
