摘要
培训方案是培训项目实施的根本依据和培训项目质量的重要保证。培训方案的科学性,主要体现出3个特性,即有效性、个性化和可操作性。影响培训方案有效性最重要的因素是培训内容;培训方案个性化的过程是由一个整体综合转化为个体的个性化过程,最终使培训机构制定的方案变为真正适合学员个体的培训方案;培训方案要做到项目实施的流程明确、具体、详细,必要时有所量化,尽量剔除随机因素的影响。
Training program is the fundamental basis to implement training project and important guarantee of quality of training project.Scientific nature of training program embodies effectiveness,individuality and operability.The most important factor to influence effectiveness is its content;the individual process of training program is the individual process transformed from entirety comprehensively to individual and the program compiled by training institutions becomes the training program suitable to individual student.In the training program,the project implementation process should be clear,specific,detailed and quantized when necessary;we should try our best to eliminate influence of random factor.
