摘要
行动学习,作为一种学习理念和方法,近年越来越受到企业培训的青睐。在专职教师培训项目中引入行动学习体验课程的方法,是对行动学习的有益实践。
As a type of study concept and method,Action learning is more and more concerned in training in enterprise.It is a good practice to introduce experience course of Action learning in professional teacher training program.
