奥美拉唑联合普鲁卡因治疗腹型过敏性紫癜临床观察

A Clinical Observation on Combination of Omeprazole and Procaine in the Treatment of Henoch Purpura

目的观察奥美拉唑联合普鲁卡因治疗腹型过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法将38例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗加西咪替丁,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用奥美拉唑联合普鲁卡因治疗。结果治疗组腹痛缓解、大便潜血转阴、皮疹消退时间、患儿平均住院时间均较对照组缩短;未见明显不良反应;治疗组未能有效降低过敏性紫癜的复发。结论奥美拉唑联合普鲁卡因治疗腹型过敏性紫癜比西咪替丁组更安全、有效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of combination of omeprazole and procaine in the treatment of Henoch purpura.Methods 38 cases of children patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group to observe therapeutic effect and conduct statistical analysis.The control group received routine therapy plus cimetidine,while the treatment group was treated with routine treatment with omeprazole combined with procaine in treating.Results treatment group with combination of omeprazole and procaine showed relief in abdominal pain,negative conversion of fecal occult blood,shortened deflorescence time and average length of stay of children patients when compared with control group;no obvious adverse effect was observed;recurrence of allergic purpura was not effectively reduced in treatment group.Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat Henoch purpura with combination of omeprazole and procaine,so it is worthy of clinical generalization and application.
