电针结合按摩治疗失音的疗效观察

Observation the Efficacy of Electro-acupuncture Combined with Massage in Treating Aphonia

目的观察电针结合按摩治疗失音的疗效。方法将60例失音患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组各30例。治疗组用电针结合按摩方法进行治疗,对照组经辨证后采用中药治疗。结果治疗5个疗程后,治疗组总有效率96.67%,对照组总有效率85.00%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针结合按摩治疗失音的临床疗效优于中药治疗。

Objective To observe the efficacy of electro-acupuncture combined with massage in treating aphonia.Methods 60 cases of aphonia patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of 30 patients each.The treatment group were treated with electro-acupuncture combined with massage method,the control group treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Resultsafter 5 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,the control group was 85%,the differences of the total efficiency between two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture combined with massage is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine therapy.
